“We are so grateful for your compassion and expertise—your sure observations and deep skills, lovingly delivered. She was 94 years old. The last 15 walking with Alzheimer’s, but less than a week in hospice. So swift was her stepping through the veil. Because of you, we gained confidence in choices and knowledge of next steps. Because of you, all her children gathered to say goodbye. Because of you, children, spouse, and granddaughter were breathing in the room, when she breathed her final sighs. Thank you for the care, affirmation, and sympathy.”
